General Orders (In-Stock Items)

 

There are absolutely no refunds for orders once they are placed. Please read over all policies before ordering.

Processing Time

  • All in-stock orders are processed within 5-7 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Processing time refers to order preparation, not shipping time.

Shipping Time

  • Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Polygel Pixie Supply Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed over.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Lost / Stolen/ Returned Packages

  • Polygel Pixie Supply Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • Shipping protection is strongly recommended at checkout when available.
  • **Returned packages are not eligible for a refund and will require a reshipment fee of $10 as a new label has to be purchased to ship again.
